ITINERARY

07:30 AM: Depart for Cai Be by car/van via Trung Luong Expressway.
Upon arrival in Cai Be, have a boat ride on the Tien River. There, you can realize how diverse the area is and how rich orchard gardens are, which makes it the basket of fruit in the lower part of the Mekong River.
Ramble in small villages where you will uncover the beauty of an ancient house and learn about the indigenous culture. Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals make coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel the slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people.
Paddle through small canals – an exciting experience since you can look around, unwind, and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the Upper Mekong Delta. Additionally, after arrival on Tan Phong Island, immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.
At lunch time, you not only enjoy luscious food but also get closer to the locals as it is a chance to learn how to prepare Vietnamese specialties. The meal is cooked on your own and served in the heart of the local garden.
Cycle on the village path through orchards. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Visit Ba Kiệt’s ancient house.
Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City. End your trip.

Important Information

Inclusions: A/c van/bus sightseeing as per program, pick up and transfer (centrally located hotel in Dist1 , HCMC); mineral water ; Boat trips in the Mekong delta, English speaking guide, all entrance fees, bikes, lunch as indicated in the program.

Exclusions: Travel insurance, personal costs & tips, other services not mentioned in the inclusions.

● Pick up at meeting point (TNK Travel office: 112 Tran Hung Dao street, ward Pham Ngu Lao, district 1) at: 07:30 AM.

● Pick up and transfer to the centrally located hotel/accommodation in Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh City:

+ Time pick up is 7:00-7:15 AM, customers must be present at the lobby on that time. (the time of pick up depends on your accommodation’s exact position).

+ TNK Travel just offers pickup service to customers at the hotels located in the center of District 1, in more detail consisting of streets: Lý Tự Trọng, Lê Thánh Tôn, Trương Định, Nguyễn An Ninh, Phan Chu Trinh, Lưu Văn Lang, Lê Anh Xuân, Đồng Khởi, Nguyễn Huệ, Thi Sách, Thủ Khoa Huân, Thái Văn Lung, Mạc Thị Bưởi, Hồ Huấn Nghiệp, Nguyễn Thái Bình, Lê Thị Hồng Gấm, Bùi Thị Xuân, Sương Nguyệt Anh and Ký Con.

+ The exact pickup time in the above prescribed ranges varies according to the position of the customers’ hotels or the pickup points required. Because of the traffic rule, the hotels/accommodations which located in the alley will be not served the pickup service.

● Children must be accompanied by an adult. Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults, otherwise they will be subject to the adult rate. A surcharge maybe applied to the bookings with 2 or more children.

Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat and the tour inclusions. Please advise the supplier if you have from 1 infant at time of booking.
