VFTA–17.1: 7D6N HANOI – SAPA – HALONG

Pick you up at Noi Bai International Airport (Flight TBA). Transfer to Hanoi Downtown. Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some of Asia's most striking colonial architecture, many peaceful lakes, parks and oriental temples making for a relaxing atmosphere. 
PM: Visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070, its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Here we will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance.
Then we will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake, see the peaceful waters, and visit Ngoc Son temple. For the end of the tour journey visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the Special Vietnam water puppet show, a unique and famous traditional performance. Free for shopping.
Enjoy dinner at local restaurant.

6.30 – 7.00: Pick up from your hotel and depart for Sapa.
9.30: Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break.
11.00: Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa.
Check in hotel, have lunch at local restaurant.
14:00: We drive down the valley to the Muong Hoa River to visit the Black H’mong village in Lao Chai, one of the biggest minority groups in Sa Pa area. They are proud of their culture and keep their own traditions and lifestyle. Continue to Ta Van village (1.2 km) to visit Zay hill tribe people, a fairly small minority group of about 38,000 people who live mainly in the mountains in Northwest Vietnam. Zay women still wear traditional shirts with a purple, blue or green colour. The Zay houses are built of wood and bamboo with a clay floor. Opportunity to interact with local people to understand more their daily life. Late afternoon transferred back to hotel
Overnight hotel in Sapa.

After breakfast, you will travel by car to one of the famous markets here where you can meet many ethnic minorities such as Flower Hmong, Black Dao, Phu La, Tay, Nung, etc. These markets gather only one time per week and they offer its variety of local products, which could not be found in others areas (Bac Ha market & Muong Hum market on Sundays, Coc Ly market on Tuesdays, Lung Khau Nhin market on Thursdays & Can Cau markets on Saturdays only). 
After the visit to market, we will drive to Sapa for hotel’s check in.
Overnight in Sa Pa.

07.30: Have breakfast at hotel and free times to discover Sapa town by yourself.
11.30: Check out and clear all the bills.
12.30 - 13.30: Have lunch at the hotel.
13.30 - 14.45: Relax and leisure on your own, have shower in the public bathroom in the hotel if you want.
14.45 - 15.00: Meet all group members at hotel to get ready for Hanoi.
15.30: Get on bus to go back to Hanoi with two comfort breaks.
21.15: We say goodbye to you at your hotel.

08.00 – 08.30: Bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel for 3 ½ hour drive to Halong. Arrive in Halong board Halong Oriental Sails. Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat is cruising the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape with Fighting cock, Dog Rock and Incense Burner. After visiting Amazing Cave we stop at a floating house and go kayaking to Luon cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay. Fresh fruit platter will be served followed by a dinner. Overnight on board. (Kayaking: 1,5hrs)

Sunrise breakfast and cruise around the clear & emerald water to another part of Halong bay with a close-up view of stunning limestone peaks. such as Drum cave, Man's head Islet, etc. Heading to Van Gia fishing village, you will have the opportunity to understand more about the fishermen's daily life. Having lunch on board with a variety of local foods, enjoying the rest of the boat trip before back to Halong dock. Have a short break before en route to Hanoi.
Trip ends around 4h30 pm.

On arrival at Hanoi, our guide and driver will pick you up and you will have breakfast. Then transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your flight back home.
