VFTA–13: 4D3N HANOI – HALONG BAY - 4 Days / 3 Nights

DAY 01: ARRIVAL HANOI

Pick you up at Noi Bai International Airport (Flight TBA). Transfer to Hanoi Downtown. Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some of Asia's most striking colonial architecture, many peaceful lakes, parks and oriental temples making for a relaxing atmosphere.
O/N at hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 02: HA NOI - HA LONG BAY (Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

ABF at hotel.
Hanoi City Tour: visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum (Close on Monday & Friday), his House on stilt, the botanical garden and the Presidential palace where were used to be the residence of the Governor of Indochina. After 1954 it was named the Presidential Palace and became the place where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked until he passed away in 1969. On the way out visit One Pillar pagoda. The pagoda was constructed in 1049 by King Ly Thai Tong according to his dream of Bodhisattva seating on a lotus flower and led him to the pagoda. In 1954, the pagoda was destroyed by the French before their withdrawer. After taking over the city on October 10th 1954, Vietnam Ministry of Culture restored the pagoda. The pagoda of today remains since this restoration. Then we visit Temple of Literature - The first Imperial school in Vietnam built in 1070 during the dynasty of King Ly.
After lunch at local restaurant proceed (3.5h) to Ha Long Bay_ recognized by UNESCO twice as world natural heritage. First time on December 17th, 1994, Ha Long Bay was recognized for aesthetic value. On December 2nd, 2000, the Bay was recognized for the value of geology, geomorphology. Moreover, Ha Long bay has been announced in list of top seven new natural world’s wonders by New7Worlder Organization.
Dinner at local restaurant. Free to discover night market.

DAY 03: HA LONG BAY – HA NOI (Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

ABF at hotel.
8h00: Welcome on boat at Bai Chay pier while boat is cruising towards Cho Da, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi.
10h20: Visit Thien Cung Cave.
11h00: Back to the boat, continue the cruise and Have set menu lunch.
12h00: Back to Bai Chay pier. End of the trip On the way back to Hanoi. Arrive at Hanoi, shopping at Old Quarter or Dong Xuan Market (if time permit). Enjoy the Special Vietnam water puppet show.
Dinner at local restaurant. Take a short sightseeing tour by cyclo through the bustling ancient quarter streets.
Free go shopping at night Market in some streets of Ancient Quarter (opened at weekend).
Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 04: HA NOI - DEPARTURE/Good Bye Vietnam (Meal: Breakfast)
